Mzaar Ski Resort — Terms and Conditions of Sale
Personal Use of Passes
Each pass is issued in the holder's name and is strictly personal, nominative, and non-transferable. It may only be used by the person whose name and/or photo appears on the pass.
Mzaar Ski Resort, its staff, and authorized partners reserve the right to conduct identity and verification checks at any time.
Unauthorized or Fraudulent Use
Any unauthorized or fraudulent use of a Mzaar Ski Resort pass — including use by relatives, friends, or third parties — will result in:
- Immediate confiscation and permanent cancellation of the pass without refund;
- Payment of a verification and administrative fee of USD 200;
- Charging of all fraudulent ski days at the public rate;
- Possible obligation to purchase a new pass to continue accessing the resort.
Pass holders are fully responsible for ensuring their pass is not misued.
Daily Walking Passes
Daily walking passes are strictly non-refundable.
In the event of loss, theft, or damage, no refund shall be issued. The guest must purchase a new pass in order to continue accessing the resort facilities.
Pass Sharing and Legal Action
Any person caught lending, transferring, or giving their pass or ticket to another individual will be considered in serious violation of these terms:
Mzaar Ski Resort reserves the right to :
- confiscate and cancel the pass immediately without refund.
- Deny future access to the resort
- Initiate legal proceedings against the offending individual in accordance with Lebanese law
Inappropriate Conduct
Any pass holder who fails to comply with resort regulations, safety iinstructions, staff directions, or applicable laws, or who behaves in an inappropriate, dangerous, or disruptive manner, may be subject to:
- Temporary suspension or permanent withdrawal of the pass without refund.
- Financial penalties covering damages or operational disruptions
- Refusal of future access to the resort
Mzaar Ski Resort has sole discretion to determine whether conduct is inappropriate.
Predated Tickets – No Postponement or Refund
All tickets and passes are valid only for the specified date and are non-refundable.
Tickets cannot be postponed, rescheduled, exchanged, or refunded for any reason, including personal circumstances, weather conditions, or failure to attend.
Loss, Theft, or Damage of Passes
Pass holders are solely responsible for safekeeping of their passes.
In case of loss, theft, or damage, the holder must immediately inform Mzaar Ski Resort.
Replacement may be granted at the sole discretion of the resort, subject to identity verification, payment of a replacement fee, and immediate deactivation of the original pass.
No compensation will be granted for unused days.
Top-Up Responsibility
Guests are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the phone number, card number, or account number used when performing a top-up.
Mzaar Ski Resort shall not be held liable for any top-up made to an incorrect or unintended number of accounts. No refunds, transfers, or corrections will be issued.
Refunds, Closures, and Force Majeure
All passes and tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except where expressly required by law.
Mzaar ski Resort shall not be held liable for partial or total closure due to weather conditions, safety concerns, technical issues, force majeure, or events beyond its control. No refund, extension, or compensation shall be granted.
Limitation of Liability
Use of resort facilities is at the guest’s own risk. Mzaar Ski Resort shall not be liable for:
- Accidents resulting from failure to follow rules or instructions
- Loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings
- Indirect or consequential damages.
Acceptance of Terms
Use of any pass or ticket constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Mzaar Ski Resort reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms apply immediately upon publication or notification.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by Lebanese law. Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Lebanese courts.
